By including your contact information with your order we can advise you of exact ship dates. Shipping and Handling fees are only for our costs to ship an item to you. Return Policy ALWAYS SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. You must contact us within 2 days of delivery if you would like to make a return because of any problem with the product in your order. The item must be received back within 7 days after contacting us. Refund returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Exchange returns will receive 100% exchange credit to your HotRodHerman Account.... You will receive an account credit of the purchase price only. The refund does not include any shipping and handling charges. We will only accept the item back in the original, new condition it was sent in. Please be sure item is packed well so it does not get damaged in shipping. We will issue an RM # and this, along with your full name, email address & item number will be required for the return. Damaged Shipments All items leave our shop in perfect condition,we pack with bubble wrap in order to properly ship the item to you. If you receive a damaged/broken item you will need to contact us within 2 days of receipt. If your item was uninsured we will be unable to help you. If your item was insured you will be REQUIRED to provide proof of damage (email picture) & as soon as the claim is approved through the shipping carrier (UPS-USPS) we will be happy to provide you with a refund or a replacement item at our descretion.
Return Credit - If you are returning unused merchandise for Refund Credit there is a 20% restocking fee. Exchange Credit will receive 100% credit to your HotRodHerman account. Can I drill out a HotRodHerman Skull ? Yes the item is Designed to be drilled out and even tapped. We suggest using a Helicoil c. this is the most secure way to hold threads in place that may come loose with vibration.
Do you have HotRodHerman Skulls that are already Tapped and ready to use with adapters? YES We do. Most of our Skulls are also available with a 16mm 1.5 threaded Helicoil insert in them. We have adapters to help you with almost any project and to adapt to many different thread sizes at a small additional cost.
I Want to Buy a T Shirt but I am not sure what size to get. How much do they shrink? All of our T shirts are FIRST QUALITY ! We do not sell Seconds or poor quality off brands. In our tests we see a 3% shrinkage in them. Just buy the size that you would normally get and you should be fine.
I Really like the Cool Picture on the front of the T Shirt do I need to give it special care to keep the picture from getting ruined? Our Shirts are Silk Screened not Cheap Computer printed ! Use NO BLEACH and best is wash them inside out. Dont cook them to death in Dryer. SO WASH and DRY THEM LIKE NORMAL... If you are really worried.. Just hang them to air dry.
